§ Pricing — April 2026

Fair by design.
No surprises.

Every plan ships every tool — thirty-five REST endpoints and the full MCP server. You're paying for call volume, nothing else. Cancel or downgrade anytime; we never auto-charge overage without asking.

Questions.

What counts as a call?

One successful API response = one call. Failed requests (4xx from your side, 5xx from ours) don't count. Cached responses are free — if you ping the same dns-lookup twice in an hour, you pay once.

Can I use MCP without a paid plan?

Yes. The Free tier gives you 100 calls/mo across REST + MCP combined. Enough to kick tires inside Claude Desktop or Cursor before committing.

Do unused calls roll over?

No. Quotas reset on the 1st. We keep pricing flat so you always know what you're paying — rollover gets complicated at scale.

Can I self-host the MCP server?

Absolutely. toolcenter-mcp is MIT on GitHub. Point it at your own backend via TOOLCENTER_BASE_URL — or use our managed API for the heavy lifting (screenshots, Lighthouse) and self-host everything else.

What happens if I hit my limit?

On Starter, requests return 429 until the next reset. On Pro and Business, you can enable metered overage from the dashboard — we'll warn you at 80%, 100%, and again before charging.

Refund policy?

Full refund, no questions, within 14 days of any charge. Email [email protected] — built by one developer, answered by the same one.
